Looking for a great way to kick off your Saturday morning with high energy, fresh ocean air, and absolutely zero pressure? Whether you are a seasoned marathoner or looking for a breezy morning stroll, we have the perfect event for you.
As part of the 73rd Annual Coastal Bend Jamboree (running February 5–7, 2027), we are hosting a completely free, completely untimed Fun Run on Saturday, February 6, at 8:00 AM.

Leave your racing watches and competitive stress at home. This event is all about community, movement, and enjoying our beautiful surroundings. There is no entry fee to participate, making it the perfect opportunity to get moving with friends and family.
While we aren’t tracking your minutes, we are celebrating your finish! Every single participant who crosses the line will take home an official finisher medal to commemorate the morning.
The Route, Where to Meet & Start
Getting ready is simple. Just head down to the registration desk for any last-minute info or questions.

The Gathering Point
Meet downstairs at the Shoreline Drive entrance of the Omni Hotel.
STEP 2
The Starting Line
We will cross over together and kick off the run directly on the seawall, right across Shoreline Drive from the hotel.
STEP 3
The Route
Enjoy a scenic 3-mile run along the Seawall that runs right along the bay!
